Abundance opportunities are strong in the second half of February as the asteroid goddess Ceres conjoins Neptune and forms a T-square with Jupiter and Saturn. Deep healing is supported by the strong stimulation of Chiron by Jupiter and Saturn.
And let’s not forget a Virgo Full Moon, five magical quintiles, and the Sun entering Pisces and conjoining Neptune!

How can you better structure how you express your uniqueness into the world? Inspiration is available with the Sun quintile Saturn (27°13′ Aquarius-15°13′ Sagittarius). This is the first of five quintiles during the second half of February!
Venus transits Aquarius today (2/16) thru 3/12. Stay open to intuitive flashes that can guide you in your relationships, creativity and finances. Aquarius also supports unconventional, outside-the-box approaches in these areas. Try something new!
Original thinking is inspired with Mercury quintile Mars (4°51′ Aquarius-22°51′ Scorpio). Brainstorm some new ideas!
Today’s Mercury-Uranus quintile (5°46′ Aquarius-17°46′ Aries) expands on the inspiration sparked by yesterday’s Mercury-Mars quintile. Make time to do some creative thinking and catch those intuitive flashes!
The Sun enters Pisces today, radiating enhanced opportunities for spiritual awakening and inspired creativity. Focus on these life-affirming Piscean expressions, especially if tempted by Pisces’ low side: excessive use of mind-altering substances, too much escapism, martyrdom or unmotivated aimlessness.
No major astrology events.
With Neptune left to its own devices, you can never be sure if he’s going to dissolve something or spiritualize it. So be sure to visualize abundance as Neptune conjoins Ceres (9°12′ Pisces)!
As I said on 2/16, intuitive flashes can guide you in your relationships, creativity and finances as Venus transits Aquarius. With Venus quintile Uranus (5°55′ Aquarius -17°55′ Aries), those intuitive flashes could turn into a lightning storm!
Virgo Full Moon
- Are you supporting your health on all levels: physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually?
- When serving others, are you “getting as good as you give,” emotionally and/or financially?
- Are you doing things well enough to get the job done properly, or being excessively picky with yourself or others?
The Moon forms the tip of a Thor’s Hammer aspect pattern with Uranus and Pluto. This infuses the Full Moon’s meanings with a strong sense of revolutionary transformation. Don’t settle for minor tweaking if something really needs to transform in your health, service or procedures. If a major overhaul or radical shift is needed, go for it!
The Virgo Moon opposes Neptune and Ceres. Ceres is the grain goddess, associated with harvest and abundance. Neptune either spiritualizes or dissolves.
Is prosperity flowing to you easily or slipping away? If it’s diminishing, use Neptune’s power of visualization to imagine yourself wealthy and enjoying the fruits of your abundance. You may find my article, “The Law of Attraction Made Simple,” helpful.
This Full Moon’s Sabian Symbol is, “Black and white children playing happily together.” In the context of a Virgo Full Moon, this means that these kids are more focused on serving each other then nitpicking each other’s faults and differences.
Skin color is just one example of a distinction Virgo would notice. When you notice ways in which you’re different from someone else – and you can always find something! – do you let it stop you from engaging with them? Or do you move into an attitude of service … which can include simply having fun together? Can you imagine a world in which we all play well together, regardless of our differences? (If not, give another listen to “Imagine” by John Lennon!)
Outside-the-box creative inspiration and magical relationship connection are possible under a Venus-Mars quintile (7°9′ Aquarius-25°9′ Scorpio).
On the more challenging side, a Jupiter-Chiron opposition (20°2′ Virgo-Pisces) can catalyze your old childhood wounds, shadow material and past life karma for clearing. (My healing invocation has helped a lot of people process this kind of heavy energy quickly and efficiently.) This aspect can also amplify your abilities as a mentor and healer. With Chiron in Pisces, energy healing is especially supported.
You have most of the year to work with these themes. Jupiter and Chiron stay energetically connected all the way through 9/21!
No major astrology events.
You have about a month to take financial advantage of a T-square featuring Ceres, Jupiter and Saturn. As I noted in the 2/22 Full Moon forecast, Ceres represents financial abundance. In Pisces, she’s especially receptive to visualization and Law of Attraction-style manifestation.
Jupiter provides expansive energy to support your enhanced prosperity. Saturn can help you create a blueprint for your multiplied abundance, then maintain the discipline and focus to carry it out.
This Ceres-Jupiter-Saturn T-square begins today (2/25), peaks on 3/12 and ends on 3/27.
Breakthrough thinking is supported by strong focus and concentration with Mercury sextile Saturn (15°42′ Aquarius-Sagittarius).
The second half of February sure has been full of opportunities for mental breakthroughs and intuitive flashes! Another juicy one happens today, with Mercury sextile Uranus (18°8′ Aquarius-Aries).
A Mercury-Jupiter quincunx (19°32′ Aquarius-Virgo) keeps the support for mental breakthroughs and intuitive flashes rolling. But even with Jupiter’s expansive energy, the quincunx suggests that you’ll need to make some sort of adjustment to bring these energies together.
I give a Sun-Neptune conjunction (9°29′ Pisces) the same interpretation as the Sun’s entry into Pisces on 2/19. So rather than reinvent the wheel, I’ll simply repeat that this aspect gives enhanced opportunities for spiritual awakening and inspired creativity. Focus on these life-affirming expressions, especially if tempted by Neptune’s low side: excessive use of mind-altering substances, too much escapism, martyrdom or unmotivated aimlessness.
Divine union practices and inspired creativity are energized as the Piscean Sun forms a T-square with Jupiter and Saturn. But as I pointed out earlier in this forecast when talking about the Sun in Pisces (and the Sun conjunct Neptune), this could also stimulate substance abuse, excessive escapism, playing the victim in relationship or suffering from a general sense of aimlessness. Put a disciplined focus on spirituality and creativity to take this energy to the high side!
This Sun-Jupiter-Saturn T-square begins today (2/29), peaks on 3/7 and ends on 3/11.
Innovative approaches to relating, creating and finance receive strong, flowing support from a Venus-Saturn sextile (15°54′ Aquarius-Sagittarius).
It’s best to avoid starting important new projects or making major purchases during void-of-course Moons. “Business as usual” is the optimal strategy. Void-of-course Moons occur when the Moon has made her last major Ptolemaic aspect, but has not yet moved into her next sign.
