September 15-20: Venus Aspects Pluto, Neptune, and Uranus

Venus in Scorpio aspects Pluto, Neptune, and Uranus, intensifying relationship, creative, and financial themes. Venus square Pluto and quincunx Neptune were exact on September 15, while Venus quincunx Uranus is exact on September 20.
In relationships, deeper feelings may surface quickly. Attraction can intensify, but so can jealousy, resentment, and control issues, along with unmet emotional needs. Honest conversation, clearer boundaries, more freedom, or a change of routine could improve connection and intimacy. Neptune adds romance and sensitivity, but makes it important to distinguish genuine intuition from projection.
Creatively, this is a potent combination of emotional depth, imagination, and originality. Inspiration may come through dreams, intuition, or strong feelings, as well as material that normally stays beneath the surface. Experimentation is favored, and an unexpected adjustment could significantly improve a project.
Financially, Pluto can expose issues involving security, scarcity, self-worth, or control. Uranus and Neptune encourage fresh possibilities involving technology and unconventional income streams, along with creativity, spirituality, and healing. Explore promising ideas, but avoid impulsive decisions.
September 17: Chiron Retrogrades into Aries

Chiron retrogrades into Aries on September 17, where it will remain until April 14, 2027. This is Chiron’s final return to Aries after first entering Taurus on June 19. It offers an opportunity to complete unfinished healing work from Chiron’s long Aries transit, which began in 2018.
Chiron represents the places where you have been wounded, but also where those wounds can become sources of wisdom, compassion, and healing ability. Aries represents identity, courage, and independence, together with initiative, self-assertion, and the right to be exactly who you are.
Chiron’s years in Aries have asked whether you can be fully yourself even when that feels vulnerable. You may have encountered old wounds around confidence, rejection, anger, or inadequacy, along with the fear of taking action. You may have discovered where you hold yourself back because some part of you learned that asserting your needs, desires, or individuality was unsafe.
Chiron’s brief time in Taurus shifted attention toward self-worth, money, security, and the body, as well as personal values. Its retrograde return to Aries asks you to revisit the deeper identity issues underneath those concerns. Financial insecurity may ultimately involve whether you believe you deserve abundance. A relationship difficulty may reveal fear about asserting yourself, while hesitation about pursuing something important may expose an old wound around failure or rejection.
Because this is Chiron’s final passage through Aries, there can be a strong sense of review, integration, and completion. Something you have wrestled with since 2018 may become easier to understand. You may recognize that an old wound no longer has to dictate your choices.
This does not mean eliminating vulnerability. Chiron often helps you develop a healthier relationship with it. Courage can coexist with fear, and confidence can coexist with sensitivity. You can act without first becoming completely certain that you will not be hurt.
This final Aries passage supports reclaiming confidence after disappointment, asserting your needs and boundaries, and healing shame about who you are or what you want. It can also help you transform anger into constructive action, forgive past mistakes, and act more decisively from your authentic identity.
You may also step more fully into being a teacher or healer. The struggles that once made you feel inadequate may have prepared you to guide someone else. Your wounds can become credentials because consciously working through them can give you insights that cannot be learned any other way.
The deeper invitation is simple: stop waiting until you feel completely healed before fully living your life.
September 20: Jupiter Quintile Uranus
Jupiter quintiles Uranus on September 20, with Jupiter at 17°39′ Leo and Uranus at 5°39′ Gemini. This creative 72° aspect combines Jupiter’s urge to expand, explore, and prosper with Uranus’ originality, innovation, and freedom.
This can inspire breakthrough ideas. You may suddenly see an overlooked possibility, discover an unconventional solution, or approach an opportunity with greater imagination. A new technology, unusual person, unexpected invitation, or spontaneous change of direction could open a useful door.
Jupiter and Uranus both value freedom, so this aspect can support liberation from limiting beliefs or routines. It is especially useful for trying something different, taking an intelligent risk, or exploring unfamiliar territory. Give unconventional ideas a fair hearing, and stay alert for unexpected openings. A small flash of inspiration could reveal a promising new direction!
September 21-October 6: Kite and Cradle Support Visionary Action

Two overlapping aspect patterns create a sustained period of inspiration, empowerment, transformation, and purposeful action. A Kite with the Sun, Neptune, Pluto, and Sedna runs from September 21 through 29 and peaks on September 25. A Cradle involving Mars and the same three slower planets lasts from September 26 through October 6 and peaks on October 2.
The Sun-focused Kite can help you see beyond surface appearances. Neptune heightens intuition, imagination, and spiritual sensitivity. Pluto supports psychological insight, regeneration, and the release of what has outlived its usefulness. Sedna adds a longer evolutionary perspective, highlighting themes of betrayal, abandonment, survival, and the wisdom gained by healing experiences that once felt overwhelming.
The Mars-focused Cradle supplies courage, initiative, and the willingness to act on what the Kite helped you discover. Neptune can inspire spiritually guided or compassionate action. Pluto adds intense focus and transformational power, while Sedna can help you act from deeper instinct and far-seeing wisdom.
At their highest expression, these patterns help you align your actions with a deeper calling. You can release an old pattern, reclaim energy that has been tied up in the past, and move toward something more authentic and empowered.
The main caution is that Neptune can blur motivation, while Pluto and Mars can become too forceful. Distinguish inspired action from compulsion, intuition from projection, and genuine empowerment from the desire to force an outcome.
Overall, this period can unfold in two stages: first you see more clearly, then you act on what you see.
September 22: Jupiter Sesquare Neptune

Jupiter sesquares Neptune on September 22, with Jupiter at 18°5′ Leo and Neptune at 3°5′ Aries. Jupiter expands whatever it touches, while Neptune governs spirituality, imagination, compassion, and ideals. Their 135° aspect can amplify your dreams and intuitive sensitivity, but it can also blur the line between genuine guidance and wishful thinking.
This aspect can support spiritual practice, creative inspiration, and visualization, along with openness to synchronicity and subtle guidance. But Jupiter can magnify Neptune’s tendency toward idealization. An opportunity, person, belief, or plan may seem more promising than it really is.
Combine faith with reality testing. Dream boldly, listen inwardly, and let your imagination stretch beyond its usual limits. Then ask what is realistically possible.
September 22: Fall Equinox

The 2026 Fall Equinox occurs at 8:05 p.m. EDT as the Sun enters Libra. A seasonal chart describes the overall energy of the next three months, and this one emphasizes collective transition, relationship and financial recalibration, visionary change, and the challenge of turning ideas into reality.
Every Fall Equinox begins with the Sun entering Libra. So balance, cooperation, justice, diplomacy, and relationships become central themes. But the 2026 Libra ingress is unusually dynamic, with three powerful aspect patterns and a remarkable concentration of outer-planet energy.
A Kite of Visionary Change

The chart’s outstanding feature is a Kite involving the Sun, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. The Sun, Uranus, and Pluto form a harmonious Grand Trine in the air signs Libra, Gemini, and Aquarius. This strongly favors ideas, communication, technology, networking, social movements, and new ways of organizing society.
Uranus in Gemini encourages breakthroughs involving information, communication, and transportation, plus education, media, and technology. Pluto in Aquarius intensifies the transformation of communities, institutions, collective power structures, and technological systems. The Libra Sun asks how these developments can be integrated through cooperation and negotiation.
This could make the next three months especially fertile for breakthrough ideas, innovative alliances, and intelligent collaboration. New technologies, unconventional partnerships, or new ways of coordinating people may gain traction.
Neptune opposite the Libra Sun is the tension point in this otherwise harmonious pattern. Their opposition becomes exact on September 25. Neptune can bring compassion, imagination, spiritual awakening, and idealism. It can inspire you to envision better possibilities.
But Neptune can also blur reality. Collectively, this can manifest as confusion about whom or what to trust, unrealistic expectations, misinformation, or seductive narratives. The quarter’s challenge is to pursue an inspiring vision without abandoning discernment.
Fortunately, Pluto and Uranus give Neptune productive outlets. Intuition can lead to innovation, spiritual ideals can inspire social reform, and dreams can become prototypes. The strongest use of this configuration is vision translated into meaningful change.
A Yod to the Sun: Collaboration Without Self-Abandonment

Chiron at 29°48′ Aries and the North Node at 29°35′ Aquarius are sextile, while both quincunx the Sun at 0° Libra. This creates a Yod, or Finger of God, with the Sun at the apex. Both quincunxes are exact on the day of the equinox, placing tremendous emphasis on adjustment.
Chiron in Aries highlights wounds involving independence, identity, courage, anger, and leadership, as well as your right to exist authentically. The Aquarius North Node points toward experimentation, community, equality, collective intelligence, and the future. The Libra Sun must reconcile them.
You may repeatedly encounter situations where neither extreme works. Excessive individualism fails, but so does surrendering your individuality to the group. Conflict alone doesn’t solve the problem, but neither does superficial peace.
The evolutionary opportunity is a more sophisticated Libra response: collaboration without self-abandonment. This can apply internationally, politically, socially, and personally.
A Powerful T-Square: Identity, Commitment, and Power

The Equinox chart also contains a T-square involving Mars, Juno, Vesta, Chiron, Eris, and Pluto. This creates intense pressure around action, commitment, identity, autonomy, and power.
Mars in Cancer acts to protect what feels emotionally essential, while Juno and Pluto challenge existing agreements, alliances, obligations, and power structures. Chiron, Eris, and Vesta in Aries emphasize wounds involving identity, exclusion, autonomy, and the right to honor what feels sacred or non-negotiable.
Old wounds may trigger anger, defensiveness, or a fierce need to assert yourself. Juno adds a major relationship and commitment theme. Agreements may need to be renegotiated if they require too much self-suppression or no longer reflect current truth. Pluto raises the stakes, intensifying power struggles while creating the potential for profound transformation.
At its lowest expression, this configuration can produce wounded reactivity, polarization, coercion, and struggles for control. At its highest, it supports courageous action, deep healing, authentic self-assertion, and the transformation of relationships or systems that have become unsustainable.
This T-square urges you to align sacred commitments with authentic identity. Anything requiring self-betrayal as the price of belonging may come under intense pressure, opening the door to healthier agreements and more empowered ways of relating.
Relationships, Money, and Communication

Venus in Scorpio aspects all three outer planets, giving relationships, finances, values, creativity, and pleasure strong emotional intensity. Hidden dynamics may be revealed, and financial or relationship arrangements may need adjustment. Questions involving trust, intimacy, shared resources, loyalty, and control could demand greater transparency.
Moon-Mercury-Jupiter

One of the chart’s most supportive aspects is Mercury in Libra sextile Jupiter in Leo. Mercury also trines the Aquarius Moon. This is excellent for seeing the larger picture, negotiating constructively, communicating optimism, and bringing different viewpoints together.
Conversation may accomplish what force cannot. Negotiation, diplomacy, mediation, education, and inspired communication could play unusually important roles during the quarter.
4 Retrograde Planets

Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are all retrograde at the equinox. Cardinal signs support new beginnings, but these retrogrades ask you to balance initiation with transformations already underway. Social structures are being reconsidered, technological changes reassessed, ideals tested, and power arrangements revised.
The Equinox Bottom Line
The September 22 Fall Equinox begins a three-month crucible for transforming relationships, commitments, power structures, and collective direction. Its Kite combines Libra’s diplomacy, Uranus’ innovation, Neptune’s vision, and Pluto’s transformative power. This offers exceptional potential for breakthroughs through collaboration, inspired thinking, and the redesign of outdated systems.
But the Sun-Neptune opposition makes discernment essential because inspiration and illusion can look remarkably similar. The Yod emphasizes adjustment, healing, and evolutionary course correction. The T-square intensifies issues involving action, commitment, identity, autonomy, and power.
Throughout the quarter, the challenge is to balance autonomy with cooperation, vision with reality, progress with consequences, and passionate conviction with intelligent negotiation.
Imagine something better. See reality clearly. Honor what’s essential. Then work with others to create a more authentic and sustainable way forward.
September 26: “Gods of Change” Aries Full Moon

The September 26 Full Moon shines forth at 3°37′ Aries at 12:49 p.m. EDT.
This is an unusually dynamic lunation. The Moon tightly aspects Neptune, Pluto, Uranus, and Jupiter, while wider contacts with Mars and Saturn add drive, pressure, and consequence.
Every Aries Full Moon activates the Aries-Libra polarity. The Aries Moon asks: What do I want? What feels authentic? Where do I need independence, courage, and decisive action? The Libra Sun asks: What supports fairness, cooperation, relationship, and balance?
This Full Moon can bring culmination around autonomy versus partnership, assertion versus compromise, and personal desire versus relationship obligations. Something tolerated for the sake of harmony may become impossible to ignore. Or excessive independence may reveal the need for greater cooperation.
Moon Conjunct Neptune: Inspired Action or Wishful Thinking?
The Moon’s conjunction with Neptune is the Full Moon’s strongest aspect, with an orb of just over half a degree. Neptune profoundly sensitizes the Aries Moon. Aries normally wants immediate action, while Neptune opens it to intuition, imagination, compassion, spirituality, and subtle perception.
At its highest expression, this can produce extraordinary intuitive clarity. Actions can arise from inspiration rather than ego. This Full Moon can be especially powerful for spiritual practice, meditation, healing, artistic inspiration, prayer, ritual, and visionary work.
But Neptune can also bring confusion, projection, wishful thinking, and escapism. Something may feel absolutely true without being accurate. So discernment is central.
Moon Sextile Pluto and Uranus: Transformation and Breakthrough
The Moon’s extraordinarily tight sextile to Pluto adds psychological insight, resilience, empowerment, and transformational force. Neptune dissolves, while Pluto penetrates. Together they can reveal emotional truths, unconscious motivations, hidden dynamics, and old psychological patterns.
You can release emotional baggage, confront something honestly, and reclaim personal power. You may also break an entrenched pattern or transform a relationship power dynamic. This can be exceptionally potent for releasing an old identity or behavior pattern and embodying something different.
The Moon’s sextile to Uranus introduces freedom, awakening, experimentation, and surprise, together with innovation and breakthrough. A situation that seemed locked into place could reveal an unexpected alternative. With Uranus in Gemini, breakthroughs can come through new information, communication, or conversation, along with a radical change of perspective.
Neptune provides the vision, Pluto supplies transformational power, and Uranus opens the door to breakthrough. You may not only recognize what has become outdated. You might suddenly perceive what could replace it!
Jupiter, Mars, and Saturn: Expansion, Action, and Consequences
The Moon forms an exceptionally tight 135° sesquare to Jupiter, with an orb of just 11 minutes.
Jupiter magnifies whatever it touches. It can increase optimism, confidence, enthusiasm, generosity, and ambition, along with the willingness to take risks.
Jupiter in Leo plus the Moon in Aries spark plenty of fire. This can strengthen courage, inspiration, and leadership.
But confidence can become overconfidence, enthusiasm can become excess, and courage can become recklessness. This especially matters because Neptune can idealize what Jupiter magnifies. Ask yourself: Is this genuinely inspired, or am I getting carried away?
The Full Moon also trines Mars, ruler of Aries. This supports energy, initiative, courage, motivation, and the willingness to act. Mars at 29°9′ Cancer intensifies the need to complete unfinished business, especially involving home, family, security, belonging, or emotional safety.
The Moon’s wide conjunction with Saturn adds responsibility, boundaries, discipline, and realism, plus consequences, maturity, and commitment. Saturn asks whether the vision can survive reality, whether the breakthrough can become sustainable, and whether you’re willing to take responsibility for your choices.
Mars provides the impulse to act. Neptune offers inspiration and spiritual vision. Pluto brings depth and transformational power. Jupiter magnifies the possibilities, Uranus opens the door to liberation, and Saturn insists that the change become real and sustainable.
Relationships and Collective Change
Relationships are one of the clearest arenas for this energy. The Libra Sun seeks harmony and cooperation, while the Aries Moon demands authenticity and autonomy. You may see where healthy compromise has turned into self-sacrifice, or where independence has become refusal to cooperate.
Neptune can deepen compassion and spiritual connection, but may also expose idealization or unclear boundaries. Pluto reveals where power actually lies. Uranus demands enough freedom for everyone to remain authentic, while Saturn asks which commitments are genuinely sustainable.
On the collective level, this lunation can intensify issues involving individual rights versus collective agreements, independence versus diplomacy, and rapid change versus established structures. Uranus and Pluto favor reform, while Neptune adds ideological, spiritual, and visionary themes. Jupiter amplifies rhetoric and conviction, Mars can increase confrontation, and Saturn demands consequences and accountability.
Sabian Symbol

This Full Moon’s Sabian symbol is “Two lovers are strolling through a secluded walk.” It emphasizes intimacy, authenticity, and relationship outside external pressures. It beautifully reflects the Aries-Libra polarity: how to remain true to yourself while creating genuine partnership.
The Moon’s conjunction with Neptune adds sensitivity, spiritual connection, and romantic idealism. This can deepen compassion and intimacy, but also increases the risk of projection. The sextiles to Pluto and Uranus support emotional honesty, transformation, and freedom, along with relationships spacious enough for each person to remain fully themselves.
Jupiter can amplify feelings and expectations, making discernment especially important. Saturn asks whether what feels meaningful in the moment can become real, responsible, and sustainable.
At its highest expression, this symbol suggests that authenticity and relationship can coexist. True intimacy can provide the space for greater honesty, freedom, and vulnerability, as well as deeper connection.
The Full Moon Bottom Line
The September 26 Aries Full Moon is a highly energized culmination and liberation point. It can illuminate where maintaining peace has required too much self-suppression, as well as where impulsive self-interest needs greater awareness of others.
Neptune opens the vision. Pluto transforms. Uranus liberates. Jupiter enlarges the possibilities. Mars provides the courage to act, while Saturn asks you to make the change responsible and enduring.
The central challenge is distinguishing authentic inner guidance from impulsiveness, inspiration from fantasy, confidence from overreach, and freedom from lack of responsibility.
At its best, this Full Moon offers a powerful sequence: see the truth, trust your deeper intuition, release what has become obsolete, imagine something better, have the courage to change course, and make the change real.
September 26-October 5: Mercury-Mars T-Squares with Chiron and Pluto

Two overlapping T-squares involving Mercury and Mars create a highly charged period for communication, decisions, conflict, and action. The first brings Chiron into the pattern. The second activates Pluto, shifting the emphasis from sensitivity and healing toward deeper questions of power, control, and transformation.
With Mercury and Mars strongly connected, your mind can move quickly. This can support courage, mental sharpness, and productive debate. But watch for impatience, irritability, arguments, or speaking too forcefully.
Chiron’s involvement can make disagreements emotionally sensitive. A comment or confrontation may touch an old wound involving rejection, inadequacy, or anger. Honest communication can become genuinely healing if you recognize what has been triggered and remain aware of everyone’s vulnerabilities, including your own.
As Pluto becomes more prominent, conversations can expose hidden motives, unresolved resentment, power struggles, or truths that have been difficult to acknowledge. This can support penetrating insight, courageous truth-telling, and strategic thinking. But distinguish speaking with strength from trying to overpower someone, and decisive action from impulsive reaction.
The energy becomes especially concentrated from September 29 through October 2. Slow down enough to understand what’s driving your reaction before you speak or act. What initially feels like conflict could reveal exactly where healing or fundamental change is needed.
September 27: Mars Square Chiron and Mars Enters Leo
September 27 brings two Mars events with different flavors. Mars square Chiron can activate wounds involving action, courage, anger, assertion, or personal power. On the same day, Mars enters Leo, beginning a more confident, expressive, passionate, and creative phase that lasts through November 27.
Mars square Chiron can expose where old wounds influence your willpower. Do you become aggressive when you feel vulnerable? Or do you withdraw or avoid necessary confrontation because asserting yourself feels unsafe?
A difficult interaction or emotional trigger can reveal where deeper healing is needed. Pause long enough to identify what’s been activated, then choose your response deliberately. Conscious action can transform an old vulnerability into strength!
Mars in Leo increases your willingness to take the lead, pursue what excites you, and express yourself boldly. This is excellent energy for creative projects, leadership, entrepreneurship, romance, performance, and recreation, along with anything requiring courage or personal visibility.
The shadow side can include pride, stubbornness, competitiveness, and over-dramatization, plus an excessive need for recognition. Its higher expression is the confidence to stand strong without depending on external validation.
Mars square Chiron highlights where action and assertion remain entangled with old wounds, while Mars entering Leo opens a new chapter of courageous self-expression. Something exposed by the square may show you where greater courage is now required. Rather than letting an old wound dictate what happens next, act from the heart, reclaim your confidence, and move toward what genuinely brings you alive!
September 30: Mercury Enters Scorpio
Mercury enters Scorpio on September 30 and remains there through December 6. Your mind can become more penetrating, intuitive, and psychologically perceptive. Surface explanations may no longer satisfy you.
This is excellent for research, therapy, strategic thinking, financial investigation, and shadow work, as well as deeper conversations requiring honesty or confidentiality. Your intuition may sharpen, helping you notice subtle signals you would normally miss.
The shadow side can include suspicion, obsessive thinking, secrecy, or using words to manipulate or provoke. The higher expression is fearless curiosity: a willingness to look beneath the surface while staying open to new discoveries.
The Bottom Line
The second half of September can bring profound healing, visionary insight, relationship recalibration, and courageous change. Chiron’s final return to Aries asks you to stop postponing your life until you feel completely healed. The Fall Equinox begins a three-month period of adjustment and transformation, while the Aries Full Moon can turn revelation into breakthrough and breakthrough into responsible action.
Stay open to inspiration, but test it against reality. Honor your autonomy without abandoning cooperation. Let old wounds show you where healing is needed, then act from the wiser and more empowered person you have become.
