Welcome back to our final video of the free series that everyone can access!
We’ve done five videos already. The first was an overview of the whole video series. The second was the intro to the Embodied Awakening Invocation. The third was we did the invocation. Fourth was the intro to the Healing Invocation. And in the fifth video, we did that process.
And here, this final free video, is how to work with those two invocations on a daily basis, if you wish. The idea here is not just to have a little nice time, for a small period of time each day to have these effects. The idea is to have the embodied awakening happening constantly. I would not settle for less myself.
So what I’m going to tell you here is how to maintain embodied awakening all day long, and how and when to use the Healing Invocation, if you choose to use these two processes.
I will tell you right now, if these are the best tools you have to help yourself into awakening and to call in your own healing, then use them, of course. If you have or later discover better tools, then please drop these. It’s silly to use a tool that isn’t your best tool.
I’m making no claims that these are the best invocations or tools for these purposes that exist. They’re just the best ones I know about. So of course, you would be silly not to use a different tool if it worked better for you. But I’ll proceed under the assumption that these are, at least at this moment, the best two tools you have to awaken yourself and to call in your own divine healing.
So my recommended process — and of course, I’m not your boss, you can do what you want, you have total free will — but here’s my suggestions.
First thing each morning, as soon as you think about it, do the Embodied Awakening Refresher. Again, the eight words to that are:
“Maximum embodied awakening that serves highest good, please.”
Then rest in passive breath awareness, and just relax into that state until the effect pops in, your light body merges. And then you realize the four benefits are happening: no mental chatter, no challenging emotion, peaceful and effortless. And go about your business.
I have people tell me they can do the whole thing in five or 10 seconds. Some people say the effect comes before they even get the words out! There’s no amount of time it has to take. This is not a meditation. It’s an invocation, designed to be quick and efficient.
Don’t wait to sit at some mesa or altar. You can be laying in bed or sitting on the toilet, whatever. Do it as soon as you think about it and get it on! The more you fully rest in passive breath awareness, the quicker it’ll come along. Then go about your business.
If the state slips at any point during the day, do it again. You do it on an as-needed basis, not on a schedule. It could be that you’ll do it once in the morning, the whole day goes by, and you’re fine. You don’t need to do it again. Or it could be that you have a really rough day and you have to do it dozens of times!
You never know. Just do it when you need it. When you realize, wow, there’s the mental chatter and challenging emotion again, just repeat the eight words, rest in breath awareness, and bring it back.
Optimally, you’d want to say the words out loud. There’s an extra power that comes with sound in physical space. However, it does work just fine even if you just think it.
You could do this invocation in full view of other people. Just think the words, notice your breath for a moment, and let it come back. And these people would never even know you’re doing anything!
You don’t have to wait till you’re alone. You can do it anytime you need to, and call it back.
So my recommendation is not to wait. Just get it going right away. You don’t want to risk falling into amnesia! (I’ll say more about that in a later video.) But just don’t settle for less is my strong advice.
What about the Healing Invocation that you would use if you get strongly triggered? For just a small little thing, and you do embodied awakening and it brings you back to your center, then you may not need to do Healing Invocation at that moment.
But if you get a significant catalyst, there is a noticeable amount of challenging emotion or challenging physical sensation, that’s a good time to pull out the Healing Invocation. And the sooner the better!
The way I like to think about it is whoever triggered you or whatever triggered you did you a big favor! They took that layer of the Great Onion of Consciousness that was all stuck and stiff and solid, and they converted it to a boil. It’s bubbling liquid. And in a sense, it’s already halfway done. All you have to do is call the divine to flush it off or transmute it. You can even thank the catalyst if you want to.
But anyhow, just call that Healing Invocation as soon as possible. The sooner the better. Because the longer you wait, the more it’s going to stop bubbling and start solidifying again and come back to calcification, and be stiff and solid and hard to work with again. So sooner is better if you can. But do it, realistically, whenever it becomes possible.
By the way, you don’t have to have a long time. Your divine knows how long you have, whether you’ve got five minutes, or 30 minutes, or whatever it may be. And it will flush as much as it can in the available time.
So even if you just have a little bit of time, it’s still worth doing it just to flush off which you can. You can always then do another round later to get the rest.
So when you notice challenging emotion or physical sensation, say “Maximum healing that serves highest good, please”, out loud if you can, silently if you must. Rest in just the sensation, like I already described earlier, and let the divine take care of that the best it can.
As a reminder, you’re not going to get overwhelmed! In the 10 years I’ve been giving this tool, I’ve never had a report of overwhelm from anyone. And I’ve given this to thousands of people! Only as much as you can deal with will come up. If it’s a big one, then it may be several rounds of stuff.
Whatever you heal, by the way, is cleared permanently. That layer of that issue is not coming back once you’re healing with this tool.
There’s so many things people do out there that are just band-aids. They just temporarily reduce or eliminate the pain. But then it comes back later because you didn’t get to the root.
These invocations get to the root. The Healing Invocation especially gets to the root of that challenge and it pulls it up. And then all the symptoms on the other levels — physical, emotional, mental, spiritual — will then fall away. And the branches will wither once the root is pulled.
So that’s how to work the two invocations together. Again, just in very brief summary:
First thing in the morning, say, “Maximum embodied awakening that serves highest good, please”. Use the Embodied Awakening Invocation. Repeat as needed through the day. And when you get strongly triggered, pull out the Healing Invocation and use that: “Maximum healing that serves highest good, please”.
These two tools will completely transform you. You’ll be operating on a whole new level of consciousness, if you aren’t already in the state of embodied awakening. Everything about your life will absolutely become more awesome!
