Here are the results of our brief October 2025 member survey.
I’ve moved the following item to the top. I want to make sure you see the link to the single-question follow-up survey!
Two Chat Threads?
In our Signal chat group, should we continue with a single chat group for all topics? Or should we have two chat groups?
We could have one exclusively for personal support requests, and another for everything else. This would help ensure that members don’t accidentally overlook support requests.
Give me your opinion on this by clicking here. (Single-question follow up survey, open through Saturday, October 11, 2025.)
How often should we do “Individual, Group, and Global Healing”?
61% of members voted for weekly, so we’ll keep doing it every week.
Archive events are announced in their own emails throughout the week. Should I stop including them in our weekly updates?
70% of members want archive event announcements in our weekly updates, so I’ll keep including them.
After I close the container during Zoom events, would you like a minute or two of silence — so we can bask in the energy — before I ask for questions and feedback?
67% voted for some silence, so we’ll continue this new practice.
What’s your favorite thing about Awakening Plus?
Here’s a summary of the 31 responses:
- Energetic Container and Healing: Many appreciate the feeling of positive love and light energy, the energetic connection and bliss, the amazing energy during and after the events, and the energetic container cultivated during events. This facilitates energetic medicine, healing activations, and downloads.
- Community and Connection: The people, the feeling of not being alone, having a supportive community, and communing with beings of like spirit are highly valued.
- Events and Content: The individual and group healings, the events themselves (especially “Individual, Group, and Global Healing”), and the full access to the archive and self-training classes are favorites. The availability of replays and no pressure to attend live is also appreciated.
- Facilitator and Guidance: The facilitator (Benjamin) is highlighted for keeping the group happy and learning, being respectful, and providing guidance that helps members recenter and connect to Source, leading to inner peace.
- General Positive Sentiment: Whatever is offered is always helpful, it keeps being wonderful, and the program is divinely directed and always offers something interesting.
What change(s) would you most like to see in Awakening Plus?
This answer got 24 responses, but no single idea for change developed any momentum. The only consistently repeated answer was satisfaction with things as they are.
However, I often say that the biggest room in the world is room for improvement. I’ll always strive to keep taking Awakening Plus to the next level, and welcome your ideas anytime!
What’s your favorite thing about our Signal group?
Here’s a summary of the 27 responses:
- Support and Community: Many members praised the powerful sense of community in our Signal group, with fellow members responding with meaningful support. Many members appreciate the ability to give and receive assistance quickly, including Hollow Reed Invocation support.
- Content and Discussion: Respondents appreciate the variety of topics, authentic and inspiring shares, and hearing about other members’ life journeys.
- Convenience and Accessibility: Members love how easy our Signal group makes it to connect and share with other members 24/7.
- Lack of Participation/Awareness: Some responses indicated that the member had not yet joined, planned to join, was too shy, had technical difficulty getting on Signal, or was not aware of the group.
Regarding awareness, I highlight the previous week’s Signal group activity at the start of each weekly update email, and give a link to join at the end of that section.
Please reach out to me if you need technical help joining our Signal group. Almost 50 members have joined, and this chat group has quickly become one of the most important and supportive elements of Awakening Plus!
What change(s) would you most like to see in our Signal group?
For starters, here’s the AI summary of this question’s 19 responses:
- Managing Group Dynamics/Content: Some members suggested addressing personal drama and political or global comments on a separate thread or privately to keep the main Signal group space “clean” and focused on the spiritual journey. One individual’s abrasive communication style and frequent requests for help, followed by rejection of advice, was noted as a difficult dynamic.
- Improving Communication/Engagement: A wish for more positive sharing while still allowing for sharing struggles and getting to know each other better was mentioned.
- Requesting a Flag for Urgent Needs: One member said that following threads is becoming challenging as participation increases. They suggested using a “flag” for urgent requests for healing to ensure they aren’t missed.
- Affirming Current Group Functioning: Several respondents said they were happy with the current function of the group. They felt it was working fine, with no changes needed.
The “Abrasive” Individual
So far, I’ve been moderating our Signal thread with a light touch. With so many awakened participants, the group usually finds harmonious resolutions to any challenges without my intervention.
However, given that we’re living in extraordinarily turbulent times, and with nearly 50 thread participants, our group must inevitably face some difficulties.
In fact, we have been facing one. This was reflected in the survey, with several members feeling challenged by one member’s perceived abrasiveness. They reported that her requests for help were frequently met with rejection and criticism of their offerings. This has resulted in some members no longer posting, or engaging less with our Signal group.
My “light touch” moderation on the thread didn’t resolve the situation. So, a few days ago, I sent a private message to the woman in question. I let her know that her membership was in danger of being canceled if her disharmonious behavior continued. Her posts since then have been concise, respectful, and appropriate.
I hope this resolves the situation. But rest assured that I will take all necessary steps to serve our group’s highest good. I’ve occasionally had to remove a disharmonious member from Awakening Plus, and will do so again if necessary.

Flagging Urgent Requests
I like the idea of flagging urgent requests. However, Signal doesn’t have flags.
As a workaround, you could start an urgent request with a siren emoticon. This looks like the red flashing light on top of an emergency vehicle. To find this, go to the emoticon screen and type “siren” in the search box.
Silent Notifications
One member was annoyed by hearing so many notification sounds from our Signal thread. Fortunately, you can get silent notifications instead. Here’s how:
- Open the Awakening Plus Signal group.
- Tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
- Tap “Group settings.”
- Tap “Sounds & notifications.”
- Tap “Custom notifications.”
- Turn on “Use custom notifications.”
- Tap “Customize.”
On the next screen:
- Turn on “Show notifications.”
- Tap “Silent.”
- Turn on “Show notification dot.”
Big thanks to all the members who completed this survey. You’ve helped improve Awakening Plus!
