Libra Full Moon
A Full Moon illuminates the sky on 4/1 at 10:12 pm EDT (12°21′ Libra).
The Aries-Libra Axis
The Aries-Libra polarity highlights self vs. other. Aries is self-assertive and independent, while Libra seeks balance, harmony, and connection.
Full Moons on this axis often catalyze relationship dynamics. Handled skillfully, challenge can resolve into greater illumination!
Something that’s been out of balance can become visible now. Where have you been over-giving or over-compromising? Conversely, do you need to be more present and available in certain relationships?
Libra is also the archetype of the artist. How can you use Aries’s’ assertive energy to fuel your creativity?
Jupiter Square: Amplified Revelations
This Full Moon’s most powerful aspect is a square from Jupiter. Jupiter boosts the intensity of whatever emotions or relationship dynamics are already present.

Venus in Taurus: The Dispositor’s Gift
This Full Moon is in Libra, which is ruled by Venus. This makes Venus this full Moon’s dispositor: a planet ruling the sign where another planet is located.
Having just entered Taurus – the other sign she rules – Venus is dignified and at home. She’s unhurried, embodied, pleasure-oriented, and quietly self-assured.
Even if this Full Moon stirs up relationship complexity, try to choose a grounded, practical approach instead of emotional fireworks. Feel your body. Enjoy sensory experience. Reconnect with your own worth as something you inherently inhabit.
Moon Trine Pluto: Depth and Release
A trine from the Moon to Pluto runs beneath the surface. Trines to Pluto support transformative release — not forced, but invited. Old emotional material, outdated relational patterns, and buried grief may surface for acknowledgment and release.

A Saturn opposition can bring challenge wherever structure isn’t optimized. If you get a visit from the Stern Taskmaster, identify any structures needing adjustment or release.

This Full Moon’s Sabian Symbol is “Children blowing soap bubbles.”

First Peak of 8-1/2-Month Committed Partnership Pattern
The Libra Full Moon puts a strong focus on relationships. But an aspect pattern lasting 8-1/2 months puts a longer-term spotlight on committed partnerships!
These connections could involve romance, marriage, family, friends, business connections, or open enemies.
This aspect pattern is a Minor Grand Trine with Juno, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. It started on 3/11, and has its first peak on 4/6. Its second and strongest peak will be on 7/23. Its third peak will be on 11/5, and it will end on 11/26.
You can use this energy to make great relationships even better. If a relationship is toxic, you can let it go or minimize contact. If it’s a “mixed bag” relationship, you can decide whether to let it go or try to improve it. You may find my relationship post helpful in making this decision.
Finger of God Says, “Release the Past”
I covered this aspect pattern in my previous forecast. But it deserves a fresh look, because we’ve arrived at its most intense moment!
A Yod, often called a “Finger of God,” is one of astrology’s most demanding and karmic alignments. This one includes Saturn, Pluto, and the South Node. It started on 3/20, peaks on 4/10, and ends on 5/14.
A Yod is formed by two planets in a sextile (60°), who then focus their energy through two quincunxes (150°) toward the apex.
The Base: Saturn Sextile Pluto
When the “Taskmaster” (Saturn) and the “Transformer” (Pluto) cooperate, they act as a professional renovation crew. This isn’t chaotic destruction, but disciplined purging.

Institutional Reckoning: Major shifts in governments, religions, and corporate hierarchies.

Structural Integrity: Whatever has passed its expiration date is being dismantled, so you can rebuild on bedrock instead of sand.
The Apex: The South Node’s Final Stand
With the South Node at the focal point, this “Finger of God” is pointing directly at your rearview mirror. The South Node represents your karmic baggage, ancestral ruts, and the “comfort” of toxic familiarity.

The Trap: The quincunxes create a nagging itch, a discomfort that forces you to adjust. The danger here is regression. When the pressure of the future becomes too much, you might want to retreat into “the way things used to be,” even if they’re extractive or broken.

The Mandate: The universe is delivering a clear ultimatum: Release or be dragged. Old ideologies and power dynamics that belong to a previous era are being targeted for removal.
Timing & Strategy
This Yod is a call to conscious evolution.

March 20 – Early April: The pressure builds as the pattern tightens.

April 10 (the peak): Maximum tension. This is the moment of revelation where what needs to go becomes obvious.

Mars
Mars’s four events deserve individual interpretations.
Mars sextiles Uranus on 4/8 (29°6′ Pisces-Taurus). This makes it easier to take immediate action (Mars) on your intuitive hits (Uranus). You might also feel electrified (Uranus) to take action on your dreams and visions (Mars in Pisces)! You can also enjoy inspired experimentation in Martian areas like sex and athletics.
Mars enters Aries on 4/9, remaining through 5/18. This gives extra juice for the shared upside themes of Mars and Aries: acting as a warrior, pioneer, sexual being, or entrepreneur.
Mars conjoins Neptune on 4/13 (2°39′ Aries). This is a great time to take assertive action to manifest what you’ve been imagining into physical reality. (My Law of Attraction post might help you.)
You can also get passionate about Neptune’s positive opportunities. These include spiritual awakening, inspired creativity, working with dreams, and developing more unconditional love and compassion.
Finally, Mars forms a two-week Minor Grand Trine with Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. It starts 4/6, peaks 4/12, and ends 4/19.
This aspect pattern incorporates everything I just wrote about Mars, and adds extra juice to the multi-year “gods of change” Mini Grand Trine.
But its main effect is to supercharge Mars’s basic urges: acting as a warrior, pioneer, sexual being, or entrepreneur. It’s a great time to take action while serving the highest good of all!
Mercury
You can share higher wisdom around 4/3 with Mercury trine Jupiter (15°57′ Pisces-Cancer). You can get extra flashes of brilliance with Mercury quintile Uranus (16°54′ Pisces-28°54′ Taurus) on 4/4, and Mercury sextile Uranus (29°24′ Pisces-Taurus) on 4/14.
Your learning and communication can be more assertive and passionate with Mercury in Aries 4/15 through 5/2.
Finally, all of Mercury’s potentials – thinking, learning, teaching, writing, and communication – are supercharged by a Minor Grand Trine with Mercury and the three outer planets. It starts 4/13, peaks 4/16, and ends 4/20.
Venus
Relationships, creativity, and finance are energized by back-to-back Venus aspects: a Venus-Jupiter quintile (3°54′ Taurus-15°54′ Cancer) on 4/2 and a Venus-Pluto square (5°15′ Taurus-Aquarius) on 4/3. The square can bring extra opportunity once you master its challenges.
Venus’s positive potentials are harmoniously energized by a Venus-Jupiter sextile (16°47′ Taurus-Cancer) on 4/13.
