This is yet another best-of Individual and Group Healing! (So designated by our divine allies.)

One member, who is discontinuing a prescription drug, receives focused healing to relieve intense withdrawal symptoms. Another requests the removal of all constraints on her power, while another asks for optimal sleep and human/divine integration. All report significant improvement after their healing rounds.

To my surprise, no one else steps into the love seat after these three. So we spend most of the remaining 30 minutes with a “highest good be done” invocation, supported by the “Icaro de los Tribus” song. We close by simultaneously sending and receiving highest good energy with each other — always a divinely uplifting experience!

I interrupt the first healing song of this Shamanic Awakening Ceremony to correct my oversight: not calling in our sacred container at the start. I immediately call the directions, invoke our high vibration allies, and establish our usual protective energy field. 

Fortunately, I don’t detect any lower vibration energies taking advantage of my mistake. This demonstrates how the basic invocations we had already done, for embodied awakening and healing, automatically create a safe container.

During this best-of “IFS Love Seat Healing,” I lead two members through complete healing rounds inspired by Internal Family Systems Therapy. 

First, we work with a hypervigilant wounded part that was trampled by a horse in a past life. This unburdening and reintegration goes smoothly and easily. 

Our second session is more challenging, with a part that wants to dissociate because of the terror and anxiety it feels around people. This part initially resists its healing. But it ultimately receives a breakthrough healing, followed by a happy reunion with its inner family of healthy parts.
