This best-of “IFS Love Seat Healing” features successful Internal Family Systems Therapy rounds for two female members. My explanations of what we’re doing will help you better understand this amazing healing method!

One member unburdens and reintegrates two young wounded parts at the same time, who were being watched over by a teenage protector. This protector was feeling angry in response to a house buyout offer from the member’s ex-husband, which it felt was unfair. 

The other member couldn’t feel her usual joy, vitality, and excitement while doing her nature-focused life work. This round features a tricky protector, and highlights how to work with parts who communicate more with feelings than words.

Next, Stephanie leads us in a guided meditation, which gives us a taste of the dream weaving experience. Finally, Stephanie answers members’ questions about this practice. These range from sleep paralysis and astral travel to precognitive dreams. 

The session ends with a helpful conversation about the benefits of conscious dream work for spiritual exploration and expanding consciousness!

Our sacred process lasts 89 minutes, followed by 25 optional minutes of Q&A. This includes discussion of the current challenging political situation, and how those of us on the path of healing and awakening can best respond to it.

We do “Individual and Group Healing” twice a month. I’d schedule it even more if time allowed. 

This event gets a consistently enthusiastic response from its participants, whether or not they’re in the “love seat.” And no event gets a higher percentage of “best of” nods from our divine allies. They’ve given this designation to all six we’ve done in 2025, including this one.

The members in the love seat usually report dramatic improvements, even though we typically focus on them for just 10 to 15 minutes. Those supporting the love seaters consistently report powerful “bounceback healings.”

Learn how to channel, or take your channeling to the next level, with this simple and straightforward approach. 

We start by establishing our safe sacred container and calling in embodied awakening. We warm up in familiar territory with a highest good Hollow Reed Invocation to your chosen recipient.

After channeling energy, you channel information by asking higher wisdom for anything that would be helpful for you to know. Then, still within yourself, you ask a specific question and await the channeled answer. 

Then we start channeling for each other. One person poses a question, and whoever gets a channeled answer is invited to share it with the group. There’s lots of lively interaction!
