First, a member reports full body heaviness after seeing Disclosure Day. We discover that the movie stirred up memories of his own alien abductions.

During his process, a benevolent gray ET joins us in the inner planes, shares its beautiful high-vibration energy, and invites each of us to connect with the Galactic Federation if we wish. Each of us who so chooses will make this connection  however it serves their highest good.

Then, in our other solo loveseat, a member reports being frequently overwhelmed with heavy energy from other people. Rather than putting up boundaries, our allies suggest that she upgrade to a stronger awakening where any heavy energy will be quickly and comfortably processed. (This aligns with her soul agreement to process heavy energy for others where appropriate.) This initiates an exquisite “bliss puree” energy field we can all enjoy!

This best-of event features a remarkable second round. It demonstrates a simple technique you might find helpful for yourself!

The woman in the solo loveseat is having trouble feeling the healing energy. When invoking increased awareness of the energy doesn’t resolve the issue, I’m inspired to help her with a technique from Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).

I have her negotiate with the part of her that doesn’t think it’s safe for her to feel this energy. Once she persuades this protector to allow her this awareness, while still keeping her safe, she immediately gains vivid awareness of the process. And the energy goes into high gear! 

Her healing request only addressed physical symptoms. But this breakthrough allows her to start clearing the previously hidden emotional trauma underlying them.

This simple internal negotiation strategy is something you can do on your own, even if you don’t know anything else about IFS. It’s a very powerful technique to have at hand when you encounter internal resistance.
