During the first hour, Don explains his Hypnotic Breathwork process and guides us through three 10-minute rounds of special deep breathing. This helps us shake up and release heavy energy. 

When he asks if anyone needs support, a member volunteers. Don skillfully guides her through a profoundly cathartic, multigenerational healing process. 

Don has her engage with and speak as her childhood self, her mother, and her grandmother. It becomes clear that these women all suffered significant trauma, and have unconsciously passed it along through the generations. 

Thirty-five minutes later, all these women have experienced profound healing in the inner world. And the member he’s been guiding has transitioned from agonized crying to relieved laughter.

This best-of IG&GH features two surprises, starting with us doing just one extraordinary individual loveseat round. A member requests relief from uncomfortably intense experiences of processing heavy energy for others.

I’m inspired to look at her astrology chart, which predicts several more years of intense shadow work. We discuss her soul agreement to do heavy energy processing for others, and how she can do it without feeling overwhelmed. 

Finally, we fire up her healing process, where she has a deeply cathartic emotional release. My guides have me tell her that what she just cleared was the root cause of her energetic challenges. She ends her round feeling much lighter.

In our group loveseat round, our allies have me sing a song that I thought had been retired: “Out You Go!” To my surprise, it turns out to be an upgraded version, with a new section that calls in specific divine allies. This song fills the entire group round, except for Blue Moon Zaphir chimes at the end.
